Your mission as Project Manager:

Under the supervision of the Director of Operations and Graphic Design department, the Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects related to the development and optimization of the IMAGI advertising network, which includes buses, bus shelters, train stations, commuter trains, ferries, and sports complexes.

The Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams, municipal partners, and public transit authorities.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Work closely with the Director of Operations to support the implementation of new advertising networks.
  • Take part in the various phases of deployment, including development, mock-ups, approvals, regulatory compliance, and follow-ups.
  • Contribute to the creation of new advertising products and formats aligned with current market trends.
  • Gather relevant information from various partners to support the rollout of new networks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on the development of sales tools.
  • Plan and coordinate the different phases with operational teams to ensure the successful deployment of new advertising spaces.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables related to network development initiatives.
  • Coordinate updates, additions, and removals within the existing network.
  • Enter relevant data into the advertising management system as required.
  • Support the sales team by ensuring a thorough understanding of new products.
  • Oversee the execution of more complex client contracts, ensuring all steps are properly managed.
  • Analyze and enhance internal procedures to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Position Requirements :

  • Educational background in project management, marketing, or communications.

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in project management.

  • Familiarity with municipal environments, transit authorities, and out-of-home advertising (an asset).

  • Proficiency with project management tools.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and autonomy.

  • Strong command of written and spoken French.

  • Bilingualism (an asset).
